Cornerstone are innovative regeneration specialists who are able to engage local people in big ideas. We help shape those ideas with the people themselves. And we keep them on board, so that projects are developed – and then owned - by those very people.
Here's how we work...
we draw out user needs and motivations, through bespoke community brainstorming
we stretch and challenge existing views - bringing in alternative viewpoints, future trends and best practice - to shake us all out of our comfort zones.
we forge links between local communities, landowners, investors and developers, to find areas of common ground
we build on existing assets, both tangible and intangible, rather than importing alien ideas from other places.
we create innovative infrastructures, amenities and brands that have pride and clout.
we employ an integrated approach to regeneration - giving equal weight to processes, promotion, places and people.
we communicate openly throughout the regenerative process as an incentive to new partners, and a celebration of local values.
